Privacy policy
Effective June 12, 2026
This is the privacy policy for reiter-solutions-llc.com, the website of Reiter Solutions LLC, a software studio in Salt Lake City, Utah. The short version: we collect a small amount of usage analytics to understand how the site is doing, we receive whatever you choose to send us through the contact form, and we never sell or rent any of it.
What we collect
Usage analytics. We use PostHog to record page views, page-load performance (Core Web Vitals), and a few specific interactions: when a call-to-action button is clicked, when a link leaving this site is clicked, and when the contact form is successfully submitted. The form-submission event records only the project type you selected and whether you entered a company name — it does not include your name, email, or message.
Contact form details. If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company (optional), project type, and message.
Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and requested URL) for security and operations.
Why we collect it
Analytics tell us which pages are useful and whether the site is fast, so we can improve it. Contact form details exist for exactly one reason: so we can read your inquiry and reply to you. We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles of you across other sites, and we never sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who processes it
- PostHog (analytics) — usage events are sent through our own domain (the
/ingestpath) to PostHog’s US cloud, where they are stored and analyzed. - Resend (email delivery) — contact-form submissions are delivered to us as an email through Resend.
- Vercel (hosting) — the site runs on Vercel, which serves every page and keeps standard server logs.
These are the only third parties that touch visitor data. There are no advertising networks or social-media trackers on this site.
Cookies and consent
PostHog stores a small identifier in your browser (a cookie plus local storage) so it can tell returning visits apart. Your consent choice itself is kept in your browser’s local storage. Nothing else on this site sets cookies for visitors.
Analytics run by default, and the banner on your first visit offers a one-tap opt-out. Choosing Decline stops all PostHog capture in your browser, and the choice is remembered on this device. If you want to change a choice you already made, clear this site’s data in your browser (the banner will reappear) or email us and we will help.
How long we keep it
Contact-form inquiries arrive as email and we keep them as long as we need them to respond and, if we end up working together, to run the project. Analytics events are retained in PostHog under its standard retention settings and are deleted when no longer needed. If you would like an inquiry you sent us deleted, email us and we will delete it.
Questions
This policy is written to match what the site actually does. If anything is unclear, or you want to ask about, correct, or delete data you have sent us, email andy@reiter-solutions-llc.com. If our data practices change, we will update this page and its effective date.
